My Teaching Style

I believe that everyone has a unique method of learning and my goal is to tailor my teaching style to each student, accelerating learning and increasing enjoyment of the process.

Learning a musical instrument has been shown to improve many skills used in everyday life. Whether your goal is to pick up a new hobby, become a concert violinist, set up a fun, after-school-program for your child, or improve your mental health, I’m here to guide you and help you reach your personal goals.

My teaching method

My standard school of music teaching is the Suzuki Method. This is the most wide-spread technique of learning for musicians who wish to be classically trained or are planing on/are currently involved in school orchestras or bands.

I have experience playing and teaching the fiddle, violin or viola and I enjoy using alternative lesson books based on the style you wish to learn.
